About the project

In the heart of old Jaffa, halfway between the lively Yerushalayim Blvd., and the colorful Yefet Street, a rare and attractive “old-new” project was built. The location is fantastic – a 2-minute walk from the flea market (Shuk HaPishpushim), the entertainment center of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and a short walk from the port of Jaffa and the beautiful promenade in Israel. Nadlan Haham is reestablishing a preservation building on Yehuda Hayamit and offers 3 and 4-room apartments in one of the most enchanting projects in Tel Aviv.

44 HaHaruv St. and the corner of Yefet St.

About the project

The property is located on the corner of Yefet and Haruv St., in the central/eastern part of the “Ajami and Givat Ha’Aliya” neighborhoods. Bordering the neighborhood to the North is Old Jaffa and the Jaffa Port, East is Yefet St., South is the intersection of Simcha Holtzberg and Yefet St., and to the West is the coast. The neighborhood is characterized by homes built mostly in the forties and fifties, and most of them are 2-3 stories high. Over the years some of the buildings were destroyed, others were repurposed, and many deteriorated and were neglected. In recent years there has been a trend of conservation, preservation, and renovation of the houses.

Yefet St. serves as the main traffic artery in the vicinity. Most of the properties facing Yefet St. are used for commercial uses. Two residential buildings are being built on this prime piece of land. As part of the project, construction will be added to existing structures, and some of the existing structures will be demolished in favor of new structures that will be built. The planned project will include three floors and a roof floor above a commercial level. According to the planning, it will be a mix of 5 garden apartments, 24 typical units in a heritage building for preservation, six new units in the planned western building, and five penthouse apartments. In the underground area, a basement floor is scheduled for automatic parking.
